Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other key customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Present and promote the company's products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the F&B market, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Experience Required: 1-2years in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
