Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries (calls, emails, live chat) to maintain high "speed to lead" conversions.
- Needs Analysis & Consultation: Consult with international clients to understand their pain points, identify requirements, and match them with appropriate products/services.
- Pitching & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations (virtually) to highlight value propositions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals while strictly adhering to company pricing and discount policies.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages within the organization's CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and relay client feedback.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- International Sales (US Process Preferred): 1 year (Preferred)
