We're Hiring: Telecaller Executive (Indian Market)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
About the Role
Brain Star Technologies is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, have good communication skills, and want to build a successful career in sales, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Telecaller Executive, you'll connect with potential clients across India and introduce them to our digital solutions, including:
- Website Design & Development
- Shopify & eCommerce Development
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Instagram & Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Digital Marketing
- Custom Software & CRM Development
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Explain our IT and digital marketing services professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and development teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi with basic English.
- Strong confidence and convincing ability.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT services is an advantage (Training will be provided).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Freshers are welcome. Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
- Male & Female Candidates Can Apply
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
