Human Resources
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation.
- Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance, process monthly payrolls, and handle employee leave records.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Manage statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other local labor laws.
Accounts & Finance
- Bookkeeping: Maintain daily financial records, including ledger entries, sales, purchases, and petty cash management.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable, and follow up on customer payments.
- Taxation: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and assist with year-end audits and tax computations.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and generate periodic financial and management reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
