Machine Operation
- Operate injection moulding machines as per work instructions.
- Start, stop, and monitor machine operations during production.
- Load raw materials and ensure uninterrupted machine running.
- Remove moulded parts and perform visual inspections.
- Pack finished products as per customer requirements.
Quality Control
- Check product dimensions and appearance as per quality standards.
- Identify and segregate defective parts.
- Report quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain production and quality records.
Production Activities
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Minimize rejection and wastage.
- Support mould change activities when required.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
