We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. BDM is responsible for relationship management and for ensuring that projects deliver against the goals and targets laid out in the results management framework. Also responsible for generating new business, customer leads and acting as a focal point for business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role.
- Strong Organizational and time management skills, with an ability to effectively prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Sufficient knowledge of the market/trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment
- Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
- Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives within timelines
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Negotiate deals and close business opportunities
- Drive customer satisfaction while expanding market presence
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
