Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Business Development for Solar Rooftop Projects in the Commercial &
Industrial (C&I) segment will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the solar rooftop solutions in the target market. This role involves market research, lead generation, proposal creation, relationship building, and project management. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar industry, particularly in the C&I segment, as well as strong business acumen and project execution skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (post-graduate education is a plus).
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales within the solar energy industry (C&I segment experience preferred).
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems, energy solutions, and the commercial/industrial energy market.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proficient in market research and lead generation techniques.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
o Knowledge of government policies, subsidies, and regulations related to solar energy in the C&I segment is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
