Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting key HR operational tasks. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination abilities, and basic HR process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds
- Follow up with candidates and team members for timely feedback
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
HR Operations (20%)
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
- Help in drafting HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, etc.)
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,764.75 - ₹20,000.00 per month
