Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
- Oversee day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
2. Sales & Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
3. Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Train staff to provide a positive shopping experience
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction
4. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
- Create work schedules and manage staff performance
- Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
5. Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and ordering
- Prevent theft and minimize shrinkage
- Conduct regular stock audits
6. Financial Management
- Handle budgeting, cash management, and daily sales reporting
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales-driven with strong business acumen
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in retail or sales management
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
