1. Quality Control & Inspection
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor ongoing civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
- Verify material quality before usage at site.
- Ensure compliance with approved mix designs and technical standards.
2️. Testing & Documentation
- Conduct and supervise field tests (slump test, cube test, material testing, etc.).
- Maintain QA/QC documents, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly quality reports.
- Maintain proper records of NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
3️. Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality-related issues.
- Ensure rectification of defective works within specified timelines.
- Attend client/consultant inspections when required.
4️. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure work is executed as per IS codes and project specifications.
- Implement quality assurance procedures at site.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
5️. Material Verification
- Check incoming materials against approved samples and specifications.
- Verify vendor documents and test certificates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,564.44 - ₹36,655.21 per month
