Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and financial estimates (BOQs) to keep operations within budget constraints.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage external vendors, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring they meet the project's design intent and safety standards.
- Procurement Logistics: Track the ordering, shipping, and delivery of custom furnishings, materials, and fixtures to minimize delays.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to measure spaces, review MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) points, and ensure build accuracy.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates, addressing design feedback, and managing expectations.
Core Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- Experience: Typically 5 + years of professional experience in interior fit-out, construction, or design project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management or scheduling tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
