Job Purpose
The CAD Trainer (Civil) is responsible for conducting training programs in CAD and related software, coordinating with students, industry professionals, and organizations, and ensuring high-quality technical education delivery.
Eligibility / Requirements
- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in at least 3 of the following software:
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- 3ds Max
- Revit Architecture
- STAAD Pro
- ArchiCAD
- Primavera
- MS Project
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a relevant field
- Freshers with strong software knowledge and an interest in teaching are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver CAD training programs for students and professionals
- Promote training programs and assist in marketing and outreach activities
- Design course curriculum, schedules, and training materials
- Coordinate course enrollment, scheduling, and execution
- Provide basic technical support and resolve software-related issues
- Act as a liaison between the institute and clients/industry partners
- Develop customized training solutions for corporate and industry clients
- Maintain quality standards in training delivery and student engagement
Counseling & Admission Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training benefits
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and batch schedules clearly
- Maintain student database and admission records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
