Core Teaching & Technical Instruction
- Software Mastery: Conduct classroom and practical lab sessions on industry-standard 3D pipelines, such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, and Blender. [1, 2]
- Pipeline Training: Teach end-to-end 3D production concepts including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, visual effects, and motion graphics. [1, 2]
- Curriculum Execution: Develop and implement structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities aligned with current studio benchmarks. [1, 2]
Mentorship & Evaluation
- Student Evaluation: Monitor daily student progress, grade practical assignments, and provide constructive technical and artistic feedback. [1, 2]

- Troubleshooting: Assist students during practical lab hours when they encounter technical roadblocks in their animation graphs, topology, or rendering passes. [1, 2]
Industry Alignment & Administration
- Tech Updates: Stay updated with evolving workflows, including generative AI tools and real-time rendering engines. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Placement Support: Collaborate with academic coordinators and placement cells to align student exit profiles with open junior artist roles. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Institutional Duties: Maintain animation asset libraries, manage lab workstations, and ensure the creative benchmarks of the department are met. [1, 2]
