Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for the hospital. The role involves driving patient growth, building brand awareness, managing promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams to support hospital services and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and increase patient footfall.
- Plan and execute campaigns for OPD, IPD, specialty clinics, health check-up packages, and preventive health programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporates, insurance partners, and community organizations.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and administration for marketing initiatives and service promotions.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website updates, and online campaigns.
- Organize health camps, outreach programs, medical awareness events, and corporate tie-ups.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, patient growth, and marketing outcomes.
- Represent the hospital at external events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing communication follows hospital branding and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of healthcare services and patient acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹12,408.24 - ₹56,675.55 per month
