Dear Candidate,
We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation, project management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing ERP projects, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules as per business requirements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure successful data migration, testing, and system integration activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in business process analysis and ERP solution design.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage ERP projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing industry ERP implementations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and ERP integrations.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
