Job Title: Senior Resource Management Executive, Resource Management Group (RMG)
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–10 Years, Minimum 4 years in Resource Management within an Engineering Services company
- Collaborate with Management, Delivery Teams, Practice Heads, IT, HR, Recruitment Team, Project Leaders, and Delivery Teams for resource management activities.
- Ensure effective resource planning, allocation, and optimal utilization across projects.
- Map projects and associates while developing dashboards for capacity planning and resource visibility.
- Forecast resource requirements for upcoming projects by analyzing project demands.
- Coordinate with Practice Heads to maximize utilization of billable resources.
- Support Project Managers in resolving resource management issues throughout the project lifecycle, from project kick-off to closure.
- Work closely with the HR and Recruitment teams for hiring and training based on business requirements.
- Maintain skills and competency mapping to align resources with project requirements.
- Monitor utilization and billability trends and develop action plans to improve utilization of underutilized associates.
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
- Review, track, and manage software license and hardware allocation in coordination with the IT team.
- Maintain complete software license and hardware inventory records.
- Optimize software license and hardware utilization based on usage data.
- Implement renewal alerts and reminders for software licenses and related assets.
- Prepare resource utilization reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to resource management processes and operational efficiency.
- BE with MBA in Operations.
- Certifications related to Resource Management (RMG) or HR will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Resource Management Executive/Senior Resource Management Executive in an engineering services company.
- Overall industry experience of 6–10 years is preferred.
- Experience in the AEC, Manufacturing, or Industrial Plants domain will be an added advantage.
- Strong resource planning, allocation, and capacity planning skills.
- Experience in utilization monitoring, billability tracking, and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of skills and competency mapping.
- Ability to develop dashboards and analytical reports for management.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Project Managers, and Practice Heads.
- Good understanding of software license and hardware inventory management.
- Excellent planning, reporting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership to ensure effective resource management.
