Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and online research. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 Year of experience who are looking to build a career in Inside Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily activity and lead generation reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory), preferred MBA, BBA, BCA.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 Year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Sector 15, Gurugram.
- Candidates residing in Gurugram will be preferred for this role
