- Monitor daily work of housekeeping staff, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Organize shifts, arrange replacements during absences, and coordinate large cleaning projects.
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Inspect common area and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- onitor and replenish cleaning supplies, equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Respond to client/resident complaints, handle special requests, and maintain satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
