- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for OM Tubes & Fittings Industries.
- Purchase CNC raw materials, engineering materials, components and consumables as per production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations and negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with vendors until material delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts and Management for material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Stores for inventory requirements.
- Handle vendor follow-ups for pending orders, quality issues and delivery delays.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, invoices and vendor documents.
- Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Work on cost reduction and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare purchase MIS and reports using MS Excel / ERP.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
