The Agency Manager is responsible for managing external collection agencies, ensuring timely loan recoveries, maintaining compliance with RBI regulations and company policies, and achieving collection targets. The role involves monitoring agency performance, resolving escalations, improving recovery efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, onboard, and manage third-party collection agencies.
- Allocate delinquent accounts to agencies based on business strategy.
- Monitor agency performance against collection and recovery targets.
- Review collection efficiency across various DPD buckets (Early, Soft, Hard, NPA).
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code (FPC), and internal compliance policies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
