Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Manager – Sales to lead and drive residential and/or commercial property sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, team management, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong market knowledge of Dehradun and surrounding regions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation processes, and applicable RERA guidelines.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and property booking processes.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Dehradun real estate market is highly preferred.
