We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate responses.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and expense reports.
- Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events as required.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Assist the Managing Director with special projects, research, and business analysis.
- Follow up with departments on key deliverables and provide status updates to the Managing Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and document management tools.
