Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description
Sr DevOps engineer who can work on establishing CI/CD and Cloud cluster environments. Manage and Support the DevOps environments. SRE exposure is desirable
Your future duties and responsibilities
Experienced DevOps professional working on Cloud native tools, Containers and Kubernetes, with Java/Groovy programming knowledge. The candidate must have the following knowledge Very strong in DevOps processes. Has done maven, gradle, nodejs and angular builds Docker (preferably certified) ability to build base images using RHEL images and OpenJDK Kubernetes (preferable if CKA certified), must have created and managed multiple clusters Persistence in Kubernetes - must have used in-house tools for persistence (like nfs-client, ceph, glusterfs or minio) Rancher, Jenkins (using Kubernetes Cloud and Gorrvy Scripts),
Ansible (with good working knowledge of ansible roles)
Istio (A/B deployments and service multi-version routing)
Jaeger FluentD - must have knowledge of various plugins like multi-line ElasticSearch - configuring JVM for allowing all logs to pass through from fluentd
Kibana - must have knowledge to setup dashboards Prometheus - setup push and pull
Grafana - must have done dashboards
Helm Charts - nested-charts, helm libraries and dependencies Additional skills Linux and Windows Servers- VM management Networking -subnet knowledge.
Knowledge of distributed storage (servers, software) Azure or AWS or GCP knowledge (certification is not mandatory) NodeJS, typescript or Python scripting knowledge (Groovy is mandatory).
