Job Responsibilities:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketer for our sister concern company "Womaara".
Womaara is a women’s intimate health brand building science-backed, prevention-first solutions for recurrent UTIs and vaginal wellness. We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused digital marketer who understands modern consumer brands and can help us scale awareness, community, and performance across channels.
What you’ll work on:
* Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and influencer channels
* Managing social media growth, engagement, and content distribution
* Working closely with founders, creators, and designers on campaigns and launches
* Performance marketing, ad optimisation, and reporting
* Collaborating on UGC, reels, creator partnerships, and brand storytelling
* Website, retention, and conversion optimisation initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, social media, or D2C marketing
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and consumer psychology
* Someone creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about building a women’s health brand
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
* Bonus: Experience with beauty, wellness, healthcare, or D2C brands
