- Assess body measurements, lab reports, and dietary intake.
- Meal Planning
- Prepare personalized diet plans based on age, health condition, activity level, and nutritional needs.
- Design therapeutic diets for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, kidney disease, and heart disease.
- Nutrition Counseling
- Educate individuals and families about healthy eating habits.
- Motivate clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Disease Management
- Work with doctors and healthcare teams to support treatment through nutrition therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and modify diets when necessary.
- Health Promotion
- Conduct awareness programs on balanced diets, food safety, and healthy lifestyles.
- Promote preventive healthcare through nutrition education.
- Food Service Management
- Supervise food preparation in hospitals, schools, or cafeterias.
- Ensure meals meet hygiene, safety, and nutritional standards.
- Research and Development
- Participate in nutrition research and analyze dietary trends.
- Develop new nutrition programs or wellness initiatives.
- Sports and Fitness Nutrition
- Guide athletes and fitness enthusiasts on performance-enhancing diets, hydration, and recovery nutrition.
- Community Nutrition
- Work in public health programs addressing malnutrition and maternal/child nutrition.
- Support government and NGO nutrition initiatives
