We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage administrative operations for our real estate projects. The role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting internal teams, handling vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities of the office and project site.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, CRM, HR, purchase, and project teams.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
- Handle office correspondence, reports, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility teams.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory records.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, customer meetings, and project-related activities.
- Maintain agreements, approvals, documents, and important files.
- Support customer documentation and coordination during booking/registration processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and administrative updates for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between head office and site teams.
- Handle basic HR administration activities such as onboarding support and employee coordination.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in documentation, vendor coordination, and office management.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Graduate degree (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant qualification preferred).
