Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Experience working with enterprise-level software systems and understanding their architecture.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to pinpoint root causes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and support methodologies.
