Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves generating and managing leads, conducting property presentations, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote properties and enhance brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, and preparing sales reports and market insights. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and respond effectively to inquiries.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead conversion and negotiation, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to support team performance and contribute to structured sales processes.
Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including familiarity with digital and local marketing activities, to promote properties and brand awareness.
Relevant experience in real estate sales or related industries is preferred, with the ability to work on-site and travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills are expected.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
