Preferably Looking for 1 to 3 Year of Work Experience in Manufacturing Process
1 Sheet Metal Designing
2 Proficiency of Solid Works, Autocade
3 Special Purpose Machine Designing
4 Good knowledge of gears, pully, motors
5 Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
6 Understand the requirements and work with different teams.
7 Create design concept and detail engineering
8 Conduct design reviews to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
9 Designing of mechanical structures
10 Good Knowledge of rendering
11 Doing calculations on the prospective machinery prior to completing the technical drawings.
12 Working on CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to create drawing specifications in line with the needs of the client.
13 Good in engineering mechanics, strength of materials & theory of machines.
14 Hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus.
15 Knowledge in GD&T, stack-up analysis, and different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
16 Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
