Work Location: Work from Office
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a travel support process
Strong GDS knowledge is mandatory (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Excellent communication and team management skills
Experience in handling escalations, KPIs, and SLAs

Lead and manage a team of Travel Support Executives
Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
Handle customer and client escalations
Monitor team performance and drive productivity
