Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software applications.
Job Summary:
The Lab IT Executive will provide technical support for laboratory IT systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of computers, laboratory software, and network connectivity. The candidate will assist laboratory staff with technical issues, maintain system performance, and support daily IT operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide first-level technical support for laboratory hardware and software.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Support the implementation, integration and maintenance of the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and issue resolution when required. Coordinate with vendor for new software development need.
- Ensure proper data backup and maintain system security as per organizational policies.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues promptly.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Assist users with login, password resets, and application-related queries. Provide software training online and off line wherever possible.
- Ensure minimal downtime of laboratory systems and equipment.
- Follow IT policies, data privacy, and information security guidelines.
- Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
