Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex software ecosystems.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
