About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics along with motion graphics and video editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and promotional videos for various digital platforms.
- Develop visually compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to execute creative strategies.
- Edit and optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into impactful visual designs.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media creative formats and digital advertising requirements.
- Ability to create static and animated creatives independently.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience as graphic designer
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
