We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Academic Counselor with experience in the education or Ed-Tech sector to guide aspiring students and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately
- Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Ed-Tech, or Education sector (mandatory)- Study abroad experience not considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to build trust and maintain student relationships
