Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Production Manager with a Fashion Design / Garments manufacturing background. The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in managing garment production operations and handling shop-floor activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end garment production (Cutting, Stitching, Finishing & Packing)
- Plan daily and monthly production targets and ensure timely completion
- Handle manpower, line balancing, and productivity improvement
- Ensure quality standards and buyer requirements are met
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams
- Control fabric and trim wastage and monitor production costs
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and efficiency data
- Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth workflow on the shop floor
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in garment/fashion production
- Background in Fashion Design / Garment Technology / Textiles
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and bulk production
- Experience in manpower handling and production planning
- Good communication and leadership skills
Education
- Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Technology,
