Timings : 10:30am - 8pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and appointment coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and generating store visits through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, purchases, quotations, and appointments.
- Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and special promotions.
- Generate and maintain customer leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team.
- - Maintain accurate call records, customer details, follow-up dates, and enquiry status.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers until conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer visits and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Pleasant voice, confident personality, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp/CRM systems.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups systematically.
- Previous experience in telecalling, jewellery, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
