JD- Sales Co-Ordinator
Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Co-Ordinator for our client, based out of Peenya, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) processing, and must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain and update order records in the system (ERP/CRM)
- Follow up with clients/vendors on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and share sales reports, order trackers, and MIS as required
- Handle order-related documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.)
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, billing, or delivery in coordination with relevant departments
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, PO/SO processing, or order management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
