Job Responsiblity:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for ERP solutions, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map ERP capabilities to each prospect's business needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and ROI/business cases to stakeholders up to C-level, and negotiate contracts to close.
- Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams to ensure customer success.
Experience Required:
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients and engaging stakeholders up to C-level.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity.
Preference:We prefer candidates who belongs to Kottayam,Pathanamthitta,Allappuzha district.
Education:Any degree with IT background,Marketing
