What you’ll do:
Act as a Trusted Adviser
- Build strong partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring experience.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies by leveraging experience, talent intelligence, and collaboration with sourcing experts.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership during recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings.
- Demonstrate confidence and tact when engaging client stakeholders, proposing innovative solutions for niche skills.
- Deliver high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists with complete information and clear recommendations.
- Share candidate feedback and recruitment insights to adapt strategies, such as exploring alternative locations or talent pools.
Attract, Source & Engage High-Calibre Talent
- Post compelling and accurate job adverts that enhance the client’s brand.
- Create sourcing strategies using appropriate channels (e.g., LinkedIn, social media).
- Use data to measure and refine sourcing effectiveness.
- Engage candidates professionally through multiple channels and headhunt niche talent.
- Conduct consultative conversations to assess candidate suitability and motivations.
- Maintain candidate relationships for future hiring needs and ensure diversity in talent pools.
- Present candidates accurately and compellingly to clients.
- Track progress and performance on all relevant systems.
Value Candidate Experience
- Champion candidates by providing honest career discussions and representing the client’s brand positively.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process and follow up proactively.
- Build lasting relationships so candidates become advocates for the client, regardless of hiring outcomes.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Consultative Communication: Skilled in conducting high-quality, professional conversations with stakeholders and candidates.
- Sourcing Expertise: Knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and use of platforms like LinkedIn and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to measure sourcing success and adapt strategies.
- Influencing & Advisory Skills: Confidence to propose innovative solutions and influence hiring decisions.
- Candidate Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Diversity Advocacy: Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and unbiased selection processes.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
