Key responsibilities
Sales & business development
- Deliver assigned order-booking and revenue targets for the region across new and repeat business.
- Identify, qualify and convert opportunities at steel plants, cement units, power stations, mines and their EPC / OEM partners.
- Build and maintain a healthy funnel of large-diameter and critical-application bearing enquiries, with clear stage-wise tracking.
Technical & application selling
- Understand customer applications, gather bearing data (drawings, part numbers, operating conditions) and map requirements to the correct ZWA solution.
- Prepare cross-references against Timken, SKF, FAG, NSK and NBC equivalents and present ZWA as a fit-for-purpose alternative.
- Coordinate with the technical / sourcing desk on evaluations, samples, GA drawings and reverse-engineering cases where required.
Account, OEM & channel management
- Manage key end-user and OEM accounts; build multi-level relationships across maintenance, procurement and design.
- Appoint, enable and manage regional distributors / channel partners; ensure adequate coverage and stock alignment.
Vendor registration & PSU development
- Drive approved-vendor registration at PSU accounts (e.g. SAIL, NTPC, NALCO, coal PSUs) and progress these long-cycle targets systematically.
- Prioritise near-term volume from private steel, cement and mining players in parallel with long-cycle PSU pipelines.
Commercial & offer management
- Negotiate price, delivery and terms; convert offers to purchase orders.
- Own receivables for the region — ensure on-time collection.
Compensation
Fixed salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-linked incentive tied to order booking, margin and collection. Travel and communication allowances as per company policy. Details to be discussed during the selection process.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
