Green Grains Kitchen is a growing café and retail food shop dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to manage billing, accounts, marketing activities, and support daily shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily billing, invoicing, and cash/POS transactions.
- Maintain accounts, sales records, expense reports, and payment tracking.
- Manage inventory records and stock updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders and payments.
- Assist with social media marketing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support general administrative and operational activities of the shop.
- Monitor daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Run occasional local business-related errands when required.
Requirements
- Experience in billing, accounts, administration, retail, or café operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license .
- Ability to travel locally for business-related tasks when needed.
- Honest, dependable, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality businesses.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online customer engagement.
