Job Title: Client Service Representative (B2B – Inbound & International Calls)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Service Representative to handle inbound calls from domestic and international business clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from domestic and international B2B clients professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve client concerns or coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients.
- Record and update all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on client requests, quotations, orders, service updates, and pending issues.
- Identify business opportunities, cross-selling, or upselling opportunities and share qualified leads with the Sales team.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Maintain service quality standards, call handling targets, and response time (TAT).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B client servicing, customer support, or international BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience handling international clients and understanding global business etiquette is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- No Shifts....standard office time 10 am to 7 pm
