Calender Management of the Director
Preparing, editing, and generating regular reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director, internal departments, and external clients.
Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and take precise minutes of the meeting
Track action items, oversee project timelines .
Handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Documentation and following up with vendors for Certification
Managing and organising Branding and Marketing campaigns
Followup with the different departments for the status of work allotments.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in an administrative or executive support role (often 3-4 years for senior Director-level roles).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gsheet).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
