We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager – AI/ML to lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI/ML-powered features in our low-code/no-code hyper-automation platform. This role requires deep understanding of predictive AI, NLP, time series analysis, and generative AI capabilities, with a strong ability to translate complex technologies into customer-centric products.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical expertise, product vision, and market awareness to create differentiated, enterprise-ready AI solutions. A prior background in technical/engineering roles will be critical to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and product strategy.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and own the product roadmap for AI/ML features across predictive, NLP, time series, and generative AI domains.
Align AI product strategy with overall platform vision, market trends, and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for embedding AI capabilities into low-code/no-code workflows.

Technical Leadership

Participate in technical design reviews with engineering and data science teams.
Define API contracts, integration patterns, and deployment considerations for AI/ML features.
Ensure product features are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and execution.

Execution & Delivery

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable AI features.
Define clear product specifications, use cases, and success metrics.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and responsible AI principles.

Requirements & User Acceptance Ownership

Document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories ensuring alignment with product strategy.
Define and manage user acceptance criteria (UAC) for each feature.
Act as the custodian of product quality, certifying readiness from an end-user perspective before market release.
Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business and customer expectations.

What will you bring to the team?

15+ years of overall experience, with several years in technical/engineering roles (software development, data engineering, or AI/ML) and 7+ years in product management.
Strong understanding of Predictive AI/ML (classification, regression, anomaly detection).
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (LLMs, embeddings, conversational AI, text analytics).
Experience with Time Series Modeling (forecasting, demand planning, anomaly detection).
Knowledge of Generative AI (LLM-based copilots, text-to-X products, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).
Hands-on familiarity with Python/Java, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven track record in building enterprise SaaS products and leading technical product discussions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have:

Strong technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related Field.
Knowledge of enterprise non-functional requirements (scalability, security, observability, governance).
Familiarity with BPMN, RPA, or workflow orchestration tools.
Exposure to responsible AI practices (bias, fairness, model monitoring).
