Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and create business opportunities for our accounting and finance outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Introduce and explain Xcelerate's accounting and finance outsourcing services.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance services will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Commerce or business-related education will be preferred.
