About the Role
CollegeJupiter is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with experience in selling Online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding Online UG and PG programs offered by leading universities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counseling and sales abilities.
- Experience in selling Online Degree Programs (UG/PG).
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Online Program Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.
- Experience counseling students for Online MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, M.Com, M.A., M.Sc., or similar programs will be preferred.
