Key Responsibilities:
- Managing procurement of construction materials, finishing items & services
- Vendor sourcing, development & negotiations
- Ensuring timely material availability as per project schedules
- Preparing purchase orders, comparative statements & cost reports
- Coordinating with project/site/finance teams for smooth execution
- Inventory monitoring & logistics management
- Implementing cost optimization initiatives
Desired Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Supply Chain / Material Management
- Strong experience in procurement within Real Estate / Construction industry
- Knowledge of building materials, MEP items & vendor management
- Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office & ERP systems
