- Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel pool rules.
- Ensure pool furniture (chairs and tables) is clean, arranged, and in good condition.
- Provide towels to guests and collect used towels for laundry.
- Keep the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas clean and free of hazards.
- Report any safety concerns, accidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Check that pool equipment and amenities are properly maintained and available.
- Monitor pool water cleanliness and notify the engineering or maintenance team of any issues (if water testing is not part of the role).
- Assist guests with basic requests, such as directions, pool timings, and facility information.
- Enforce hotel pool policies, including dress code, operating hours, and safety regulations.
- Restock pool supplies such as towels, toiletries, and drinking water as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and security to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude toward all guests.
- Follow hotel health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Complete daily checklists and report any incidents or lost-and-found items.
