Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Monitor sales calls, emails, and customer interactions to evaluate the quality of sales representatives' performance.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team leads to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records of quality evaluations and compliance assessments.
- Generate regular reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in Sales and operations or related field
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
- Proven experience in a sales-related role, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
