Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet metal operator to fabricate aero structure sheet metal parts.

Qualifications:

1. ITI Pass Out & 2-3 yrs of Work experience or apprenticeship completed

2. Candidate should have good knowledge of drawings, reading, GD &T concept.

Required Skill:

 Hands on experience over sheet metal forming, trimming and heat treatment dressing.

 Hands on experience on drilling, trimming and shape corrections.

 Have strong knowledge on tool blocks and drill jigs.

 Have basic knowledge on heat treatment process like annealing, solutionizing and aging.

 Have Knowledge on OEE, 5S, TPM and lean manufacturing.

 Understanding on 2D & 3D drawings and able to execute the job.

 Good knowledge on sheet metal tools and instruments used to maintain dimensions.

 Working experience on NC bending machines, rubber press machines and shearing machines.

 Knowledge of sheet required type, thickness (gauge) and size and marks it with scriber, square,

divider, foot rule etc., according to drawing or sample.

 Knowledge on different type of sheet metals used on aircraft.

 Knowledge on AS9100D and Quality standards
